Maria’s Level Two Program - A self-exploration into shadow work and a journey to find healing through chakra alignment. The deep work we will do in these five week container starts at the root of all things. We will get clear on the where and the why and begin lovingly healing through the journey of exploring our deepest selves.

In this workshop:  You will learn how to interact more consciously with the world and with your past.  You will gain knowledge about the chakra system and how each one affects our spiritual and physical well-being.  Learn about the law of magnetism and cause & effect and how to use it to manifest the life you want while tapping into your most inner desires for each area of your life.

Although active participation is encouraged for this cohort, all sessions are recorded for those that cannot attend in live ZOOM sessions. Sessions will be on Tuesday nights beginning on the 2nd of May.

All of us are carrying around unhealed wounds from our past. Maria’s empowerment workshop was the first of many opportunities I have been lucky enough to be a part of. It marked the beginning of deconstructing the untruths I had been telling myself. I use the mindfulness practices I learned from Maria on a daily basis and they have propelled me forward. We do not have to stay stuck if we are willing to do the work.
