Daily life can be very draining, but leaving retreat my heart was full. In the retreat atmosphere you’re able to connect with women, who become your sisters, and through that connection healing happens. We created a safe and loving atmosphere conducive for personal growth and mental clarity. It was an experience of a lifetime.” 

“It’s hard to describe what made retreat so special because it wasn’t just one thing.

During the belly button release, I felt a deep emotional response building in my body. There was a moment of panic, a burning sensation in my stomach, and then an unexpected sound came out of me as a huge wave of emotion moved through me all at once. It was raw, intense, and incredibly powerful. I walked away amazed by how much we can carry in our bodies without even realizing it.”

Then I went to  retreat in Bali, and I honestly could not have been happier or had more fun - It was life changing.  It was then I decided I was going to make retreat an imperative part of my life every year. When I come home everyone can see that I show up better for my kids, my work, my relationships and myself. I feel like a better human, I have new women friends that I love and that energy feeds me through to the next year.  We call it the Maria Magic :)”

The women I’ve met through working with Maria have given me a community I didn’t even realize how badly I needed. I was the youngest woman on the retreat I attended, and to have other women from all different walks of life and experiences pour their love and wisdom into me was an experience I will be grateful for forever.”
