An hour and eleven (1:11) from the Nashville airport, we will spend four days nestled deep in nature, shedding, exploring, and learning. This mountain retreat experience in the renowned Evins Mill Resort will be nothing short of transformational.

Day 1 - Arrivals, Connections, and Opening Ceremony
Day 2 - A day of deep introspective work. Each moment is specially curated to shed, forgive and release, teaching you tools to tap into your own divine feminine power.
Day 3 - A day spent bringing each attendee into a profound level of balance and learning of ancient teachings to continue their own individual healing journey.

About Maria
Life coach, Maria Brito is a women’s empowerment/life coach that has made her home in Huntsville, Alabama after traveling the world for 30 years with her husband Luke who recently retired from the military. Mama Maria, as she is lovingly called, was born in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and she is known for “keeping it real” and is loved for her authenticity, spunkiness, and loving nature. As a mother of two daughters and grandmother to five beautiful souls, through her teachings she shares from her own life experiences. Her focus is assisting women in the journey to connect to what needs to be healed within in order to create space for what they want to manifest. She believes that we all have the magnificence to provide healing to our own bodies and loves to remind women of their worth.
Maria is also a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor, a breathwork facilitator, Somatic practicioner, Human Design coach, and lover of Ayurveda. She infuses her offerings with powerful practices and tools which assist her clients in coping with everyday overwhelm so they can live more joyful, and present lives. She is also a certified trauma-release facilitator. Her programs and world-wide retreats are infused with a high dose of self-love and have been described as life-changing, transformational, motivational, raw and deep. Women who have experienced her offerings, fabulous retreats and coaching will tell you that it is “a must” for every woman.

I am grateful for the gift to myself of attending another magical Maria retreat weekend. This was my second retreat that Maria has led and just as powerful as I remember.
