What is INWARD?

INWARD is more than a circle of like-minded women gathering, it is an upgrade.  Just like our smart phones require upgrades to function and handle the high amounts of information, our bodies, our temples require the same.  INWARD includes a deep recalibration by way of a powerful breathwork session followed by an introspective journey.  Each woman will get their own set of headphones which is my popular silent sound system that Maria uses at all of her offerings. With her voice and a perfectly curated playlist pumped directly into your ears, women are guided through a revealing breathwork and embodiment exploration.
