About Maria…
Born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico Maria loves sharing her culture with others and with every retreat she creates a unique learning and cultural experience. Through her own healing journey Maria has trained in different healing modalities which she incorporates in her work. After 15 years of working for corporate America, Maria decided to take the biggest leap of faith and follow her heart. She left the security of a 9-5 job and shifted her focus to offer her soul’s work full time. With her marketing and business background she strategized on how to make this transition as successful and profitable as possible and succeeded. From all that she learned along the way, she created powerful programs for sacred-space holders. With her work many women have taken the leap, found clarity and support in up-leveling their businesses AND have succeeded.

The InLight retreat takes you beyond Maria’s programs using concepts learned in both courses. You do not have to be a graduate of the programs in order to participate. Maria has curated all the workshops in this particular retreat, to take facilitators deeper than ever. Her retreats in general have been called next-level, transformational learning experiences and the locations she chooses to do this deep work are always magical.
What is Included
Powerful daily ceremonies and activations | Sunrise Yoga infused with Kriyas, Tantra and Kundalini Lessons
As facilitators we explore different ways to bring our work forward. Participants will get to learn how to hold a powerful container for those attending their offerings. Maria teaches breath work techniques as well as ways to teach others how to cultivate and harness their energy.
You will leave with new tools to share with your tribe.
Ayurvedic Consult with Maria to Discover Your Dosha
and Proper Self-Care Protocol
Participants will have the option to start a guided cleanse two weeks before the retreat. This will help them prepare for retreat and teach them how to begin to apply self-care practices to support their energy type. This is important work for all space holders to implement.
Participants will be encouraged to start clearing out toxic foods/drinks as well as receive yoga/breathwork and meditation practices to start to implement.

Two weeks before the retreat each participant will have a One-on-One call with Maria. This is a powerful call to dive deep into your own unique Human Design blueprint. It is highly recommended that you arrive the day before the retreat to avoid any extra delays in case of airline issues. Past facilitators have stayed at La Botanica / Tropica / Número Uno Beach / or The Dreamcatcher hotels. Most are willing to share the cost of the room the night before retreat. If departing on the last day of retreat, please make sure not to book a flight before 5pm to allow for you to get there with plenty of time to make your flight. The venue is 1.5 hours from the San Juan airport and sometimes traffic can be heavy on Mondays (the last day of retreat).
