About Maria Brito
Life coach, Maria Brito is a women’s empowerment/life coach that has made her home in Huntsville, Alabama after traveling the world for 30 years with her husband Luke who recently retired from the military. Lovingly called by her closest as Mama Maria, she is known for “keeping it real” and is loved for her authenticity, spunkiness, and loving nature. As a mother of two daughters and grandmother to five beautiful souls, through her teachings she shares from her own life experiences. Her focus is assisting women in the journey to connect to what needs to be healed within in order to create space for what they want to manifest. She believes that we all have the magnificence to provide healing to our own bodies and loves to remind women of their worth.
Maria is also a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor, a breathwork facilitator, Human Design coach, as well as an Ayurvedic enthusiast. She infuses her offerings with powerful practices and tools which assist her clients in coping with everyday overwhelm so they can live more joyful, and present lives. She is also a certified trauma-release facilitator. Her programs and world-wide retreats are infused with a high dose of self-love and have been described as life-changing, transformational, motivational, raw and deep. Women who have experienced her offerings, fabulous retreats and coaching will tell you that it is “a must” for every woman.

Owner of Elevation Yoga Studio
At Elevation Yoga, our mission has always been more than movement—it’s about offering experiences that create deep healing, clarity, and alignment. When I first experienced somatic breathwork, I knew instantly that this practice belonged in our space. It goes beyond the physical and invites a full-body reset that so many of us don’t even realize we need.
That’s why I’m honored to open our studio for this transformational training with Maria—someone who’s not only taught with us before, but truly embodied the heart of Elevation.
Maria has a gift. Her presence, her integrity, and her ability to guide students through big emotional releases with compassion and skill is rare.
Our community felt it when she taught here—and I felt it too.
I’m offering our space for this training because I believe in the power of this work. And I believe in Maria’s ability to train others to hold it responsibly, ethically, and effectively.
