Maria’s level one workshop for women that want to start learning about self-healing, find more spiritual alignment, and shadow work.

In this workshop, we will work with meditation, breathwork, and life-coaching techniques and you will learn how to use these in your daily life to bring you to a higher level of awareness.  You will leave with effective tools to connect with your divine feminine otherwise known as the Shakti. You will also learn the magic of co-creation to attract the life you desire, recognize where you have been holding resistance, and creating blockages that have been holding you back from reaching your fullest potential. You will gain a new perspective in life and start believing in all that is truly possible.

All sessions are recorded for those that cannot attend in person although active participation is encouraged for this commitment.

In this women's empowerment workshop we will create sacred space and go on a journey that will include shadow work, life-coaching, and breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system, change old programming and find emotional alignment.
